A. S. HORNBY’S CLUSTER: REMINISCENCE
On December 04th, 2022 Lunar Lingua Cluster successfully organised the online national Conference – A. S. Hornby’s Cluster: Reminiscence. Presided by Dr. C. Ramalakshmi, the head of the Department of Communicative English at St. Terasa’s college at Ernakulam.
THE CONFERENCE
The conference was organized by Mrs. K. Sunanda Sriraman and coordinated by Mrs. J. Shanmathi. The entire conference was hosted by Ms. Hariya Rose. The conference is presided by Dr. C. Ramalakshmi, head of the department of communicative English, St. Terasa’s College, Ernakulam. The guest has given the felicitation speech on the topic Is Language Teaching and Learning Through Digital Media A Boon.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Dr. C. Ramalakshmi
Dr. C. Ramalakshmi is a teacher, research scholar, speaker, fictional writer and etc., She is currently working as Head of the department of communicative English at St. Theresa’s College for Women, Ernakulam. Also, she had been working as the assistant professor for a decade now. She is an expert in tourism, translation, literary criticism, and ELT. She is a wonderful teacher who works as a magical wand of spells the life of students in the brightest way. She has attended more than 55 seminars and presented about 20 research papers in various conferences. She has attended more than 25 workshops including those she conducted herself. She has published nearly 10 research papers with ISSN. All of her excellent experience of this teaching career earned her a remarkable place. She is very passionate about writing and drawing as it is her favourite pass time.
All the participants assembled and welcomed the guest. Once everyone assembled on time, the event started and the welcome address was given out by the founder and organizer Mrs. K. Sunanda Sriraman.
Then the chief guest was addressed by Ms. Hariya Rose. and this is certainly true of our predominant guest, Dr. C. Ramalakshmi, mam… “
The chief guest made everyone in the meeting with her felicitation speech. “Online teaching and learning are either good and also bad!” She concluded that this is a situation of hypothetical thinking. Later, the participants began hunting for the answers to their questions with the chief guest. Everyone started presenting their papers.
