Book Releasing Ceremony - An Exploration of Women Empowerment in IWE: Novel and Drama
An online International Conference – An Exploration of Women Empowerment in IWE: Novel and Drama conducted on 13th August 2023 felicitated by Prof. M. Amalraj, Assistant Professor of English PRIST University, Thanjavur. The event organized by Mrs. K. Sunanda and hosted by Ms. Hariya Rose.
Department of English, Idhaya College for Women, cordially organised a workshop on Ethical Considerations in Research Writing felicitated by Mrs. K. Sunanda. Lunar Lingua conducted an International Research conference on 13 August 2023 – An Exploration of Women empowerment in IWE: Novel and Drama. Students from reputed institutions enthusiastically participated and won The Best Presenter Award. 32 students including staff from Idhaya College for Women, Kumbakonam, participated and showcased their talents through their excellent speech and well-versed discussion with the felicitator. The book have been published successfully by Witspivot Publication and the book releasing ceremony held on 25 September, 2023 at Idhaya Auditorium. The Event was presided by Rev. Sr. Dr. Eugin Amala, Principal and the special invitee Mrs. K. Sunanda.
Workshop
A workshop conducted following the book releasing ceremony and felicitated by the Chief Guest on Ethical Considerations in Research Writings. It made an opportunity for the students to discover an ethical way of writing their research paper. Students posed many questions and developed a deeper level of understanding from the workshop. The enthusiastic participation of the students made it a remarkable event after the book release.
